The Five Weeks
Week 1 — October 20 | Break the Story
Meet your team and get assigned your crew. Dig into horror tropes, the tricks that make audiences scream, and start brainstorming the outline for the ending you’ll shoot.
Week 2 — October 27 | Build Your Arsenal
Learn action combat training for camera, storyboard your sequence shot by shot, and make your own blood packs and practical gore effects.
Week 3 — November 3 | Film Week 1
Cameras roll. Start shooting your combat and effects sequences using your phone, practical lighting, and the choreography you’ve built.
Week 4 — November 10 | Film Week 2
Continue production. Finish your sequences, pick up any shots you need, and lock your footage.
Week 5 — November 17 | Editing Party
Cut your footage together into a finished scene, ready to screen.
