Strasberg’s Relaxation and Sensory With Rachel Bailit

An Introduction led by Rachel Bailit from The Strasberg Institute

Sunday March 14th ~ 1pm MST

In this special one day workshop, Rachel will give you an online introduction to Lee Strasberg’s technique of relaxation and take you through a sensory exercise. Time permitting, a few students will be asked to share a monologue. Please have one prepared.

Rachel Bailit is an actress and faculty member at The Lee Strasberg Theater and Film Institute in Los Angeles. In addition, she currently teaches acting at Dreamworks Animation, Warner Animation Group, SAG-AFTRA, Sol Acting Studios, Boston Casting, and The Getty Museum. She specializes in coaching actors, public speakers, politicians, writers and animators. She created and operated “Compassionate Casting”, casting actors in film, TV and commercials.

Rachel’s acting credits include: three new movies: “The Shade”, “Marzipan” and “Staying Sane”. Former credits include “Festival In Cannes”, “The Grinch Who Stole Christmas”, “The Conan O’Brien Show”, “Desperate Housewives”, “Jon Benjamin Has a Van”, “Tim and Eric’s Awesome Show”, “NYPD Blue” and the role of “Marissa” in “General Hospital”.

She is an advocate for Veterans and inspiring people to communicate from the heart!
