  • Synopsis: Eliza, a lonely, hyper-logical mathematician, has had a fight with her best (and only) friend. So she retreats to her mind palace to find a solution using the only tools she has: memory, axiomatic set theory, and stuffed animals. She keeps trying to apply mathematical principles to situations from her life, but the math keeps getting more complex until she finally has to ask whether there’s a solution to be found there at all.

Arizona Actors Academy and Theatre Upstairs is proud to present a new regular series presented live and in person and directly to you in your home. Our Friday Night Readings series is devoted to supporting up and coming writers and the development of new works! Presented both in studio and through our Sandra Seacat Virtual Theatre we will read original works from playwrights and screenwriters across the country bringing some of the most timely, important, entertaining and compelling new works to audiences. These readings are informal and stripped down. Enjoy the latest theater and film in its early stage of development. Many of these will be live streamed and may feature a mediated talk back or an invitation to provide audience feedback to the author.
