Artist in Italy Brings Masks and Social Distancing to Traditional Nativity Scene
I looked for more from Genny – but much of the interviews and articles written about him is in Italian.
There is one video shared below that has captions on an interview and I welcome you to follow him if you love his art.
Not only does it seem that Genny carries on a long tradition of a specific trade, he has updated the craft to represent his own commentary on life. Having a nativity scene, for me, represent our current dilemma as another connection to the human experience and inevitably reminds me I am not truly in isolation.
Enjoy Genny’s work & positive spirit.
